The Space

A 2nd floor (top) unit located near the back of the complex, this apartment has a garden/pool view. The master bedroom is complete with a comfortable king bed, all cotton linens, TV, fully fitted wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a fully fitted wardrobe and two new comfy twin beds (can be fitted together to be a queen), and a fully renovated 2nd bathroom with walk in shower. We offer our guests soaps, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner and lotion for their stay, in case you forgot yours!

The kitchen has a huge fridge with ice maker, stove, microwave and even a wine fridge. The kitchen has all of the basics as well as some nice extras such as a keurig coffee maker, sets of red wine, white wine and champagne glasses, cocktail shaker and blender to name just a few - so everything you need to make meals or simply fix and pour cold drinks after a busy day exploring, sunbathing, diving or swimming in the ocean!

There is cable TV in the living room and, of course, complimentary internet access. The living area has a new comfortable sofa which can open to a queen bed and a spacious dining area making it easy to enjoy meals inside (table extends and easily sits 6+).

Guest Access

The apartment has its own separate entrance. The resort's friendly front office, which is staffed 9am-5pm weekdays and 9am-9pm on Saturday, available if you are in need of any assistance. Additionally, when the office is closed you will typically see a helpful and friendly security guard onsite. Inside the apartment, there is also our welcome book with emergency contacts, resort details, local information on local bars and restaurants and other necessities.

The resort has two huge freshwater swimming pools with outdoor showers to rinse off, one in the centre of the complex (and in view from the balcony and master bedroom) and one on the beach front where you can relax all day. The complex also has a lighted tennis court with a ball machine, a playground, two outdoor BBQs for grilling up your favorite meals, complimentary bicycles and also kayaks and paddle boards for use in the ocean. Other thing to note

This apartment is located on the second floor and you will need to climb one set of stairs to access.
Please note, there has been some beach erosion in this area, but you are still able to access the sea water from the complex. Taking a short stroll north on the main road to access a sandier beachfront is a simple way to explore and experience the area.
The final quote provided includes the daily accommodation rate, cleaning fee, as well as the Cayman Islands Government 13% tourism tax.

Getting Around

The local buses (minivans) run frequently along West Bay Road, just in front of the resort in case you decide not to rent a car and want to head to town or explore! Taxi's are also easy to call and arrange.
The easiest way to get around island is to rent a car - and there is ample free parking outside of the apartment.
