The Seagull complex has a private beach space, with plenty of chairs, loungers, stationary umbrellas, and an outdoor grill for your use. There is one dedicated parking spot for the unit.

Local Buses will stop for you when standing at the roadside. Most bus trips cost approx. $2 anywhere along West Bay Road (the main Seven Mile strip). Also, Taxis are easily available from the main road for more specific destinations.
Rental cars are good for day trips and independent exploring of the island, and the complex has one dedicated parking spot for each unit. If you book a tour, most of the tour operators provide free pick up and drop off services.
