Recently completed in May 2021, this new 2nd floor, one bedroom stylish condo has everything you need to have a great holiday! There is a queen size bed for comfortable and restful sleeps, and balcony views of Caribbean palms and trees just off the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you'll need to prepare delicious meals. There is a smart TV to catch up on your latest Netflix binge, and reliable WiFi to upload all of your favorite pics from the day exploring the island. The condo also has it's own washer/dryer, and is beautifully decorated with a few colorful art pieces created by a talented local artist.
Guest AccessThe condo is situated in a small gated community, and the complex boasts a warm Mediterranean esthetic with it's terra cotta roofs, and white washed walls. You can enjoy the amenities which include a beautiful swimming pool equipped with comfy lounge chairs and a bbq for outdoor entertaining. If you are looking for access to the great dive locations and/or getting your certification on island, Dive Tech is just a short walk away. They offer both shore dives from their nearby Lighthouse Point location, and boat dive trips. We can assist you with more information about Dive Tech packages, or you can contact them directly.

Buses run quite frequently along the main road in front of the complex, and can take you to Seven Mile Beach or George Town for just a few dollars. Taxis are also available. We suggest to rent a car to have the most freedom to explore the island at your leisure.
